## Reviews from nonprofits

- **The Rotsky Foundation for Mentors** (April 2022, Approved, rated 5/5): I sent a letter to our local store & within a week I had a donation for a certificate of a 12-pack of cookies.
- **The Athena Foundation for the Arts** (December 2024, Declined, rated 1/5): Crumbl Cookies requires an in-person donation request. I called several times to confirm when the manager's hours were so I could set up a brief appointment to introduce myself and my foundation. No staffer could confirm a time or make an appointment for me. I stopped by the shop on three separate days during business hours, asking to meet with the manager. The manager was never there according to the staff. I emailed the manager. No reply. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this location for donations.
- **The Rotsky Foundation for Mentors** (March 2024, Approved, rated 5/5): simple & easy process!
- **Connecticut press, health, initiative, Inc.** (April 2023, Approved, rated 5/5): Went to our local Crumbl cookie and received coupons for six free cookies and a cookie got her.
