## Reviews from nonprofits

- **The Block Community Outreach** (August 2023, Declined, rated 4/5): The application was very straight forward and easy; the response was quick. I wanted to send an update, because they seem to have reduced their donations. This is the response I received: Thank you for submitting a donation request to Big Frig! After reviewing our 2023 budget dollars we have cut back significantly. We, as well as other businesses have been affected by the cost increases. Attached is our non-profit pricing for your reference. Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to place an order.
- **Citizens EMS** (May 2023, Declined, rated 5/5): Quick to respond - Thank you!
- **PS/MS 114 PTA** (February 2023, Declined, rated 4/5): They were very quick to respond. Unfortunately due to low inventory they could not donate, however they did offer a 15% off discount.
- **Catholic Academy of Niagara Falls** (January 2023, Declined, rated 5/5): They were quick to respond. They have limited inventory which I can understand during these times. They offered a 15% discount on anything we purchase.
