They donate every year to our silent auction and our bidders are always pleased to bid on the jewelry items they provide. They are quick to respond and very quick to have the jewelry ready to pick up—beautifully boxed with a nice carrying bag and even tips on how to best display the piece. Super helpful and super supportive. Thank you Kendra Scott! - **American Osteopathic Foundation** (October 2025, Declined, rated 1/5): Instructions were given on how to receive donation. We were given a name and number to follow up with someone named Sierra. Multiple attempts were made over the course of several months via phone and email and were were given the run around. Sierra was never available to take a call, always in a meeting, or never returned the call as promised by the individual answering the phone. - **American Osteopathic Foundation** (September 2025, Declined, rated 2/5): The request was approved and direction to follow up with Sierra from the store closer to the event time. Countless calls were made to the store asking for the contact person. Each time we were told she was busy, in a meeting, or would give us a call back. No outreach was ever received in any form. Very disappointing. - **Ander-Weser Volunteer Fire Department** (August 2025, Approved, rated 5/5): Very easy to apply, super fast response and very generous!
