To request a donation from Urban Air Adventure Park, fill out the official donation form at urbanair.com/donations at least 30 days before your event. You will need your organization's tax-exempt ID, and you will choose the Urban Air park closest to you, because that park is the one that decides. Approved requests usually come as a set of attraction passes or a birthday-party voucher, picked up at the park. Across 3,828 tracked applications on TheShareWay, about 24% of Urban Air donation requests are approved, and you can track your own request on Urban Air's TheShareWay page.

Figures as of September 2026, from applications tracked on TheShareWay.
Urban Air responds to donation requests in a median of 11 days, based on applications tracked on TheShareWay. Roughly a quarter of requests succeed overall. Most of the ones that fail simply never hear back; when a park does respond, roughly 4 in 5 requests are approved. That makes Urban Air one of the more reliable family-entertainment asks for a school or youth-group fundraiser, as long as you apply early and to the right park.
Urban Air's donation page says only that parks give back "through in-kind donations," so it helps to know what organizers actually receive. Based on applications and reviews tracked on TheShareWay, the common outcomes are:
Urban Air donations tracked on TheShareWay are typically worth $85 to $160, with a median of about $135. About 7 in 10 donations are picked up at the park rather than mailed, so plan for a volunteer to collect the certificate. Passes and party vouchers work well as a standalone raffle prize or as the anchor of a family-night basket; see our silent auction basket ideas for pairing suggestions, and use a printable silent auction bid sheet to display the certificate on the night.
Urban Air does not take donation requests by email or phone. Every request goes through one online form, and there is no separate form per park.
Urban Air also says plainly that it "may not be able to donate to every event." Individual parks set their own limits: the decline reasons organizers have recorded on TheShareWay include parks that had already hit their donation budget for the season and parks that were only giving to local schools and churches that year.
If your school or club wants ongoing support rather than a single prize, Urban Air runs two event-based programs through the same local parks.
Which fits? A donation request is right when you need a prize for a specific auction or raffle. A Spirit Night is right when you can turn out families on a weeknight and want a percentage back. Several organizers on TheShareWay report that the park offered a Spirit Night at the same time it approved their passes, so it is reasonable to ask for both in one conversation. For planning the rest of the year, see our school fundraising guide.
About 30% of Urban Air donation requests tracked on TheShareWay are submitted in January, February and March, ahead of spring auction season. That is when parks are busiest with requests and most likely to reach their giving limits, so get your form in by early January for a March or April event. September is the second peak for fall festivals.
Because the 30-day minimum is firm, count backward from your event date and submit no later than day 30. For a raffle where you need the certificate in hand to sell tickets, aim for 60 days.
About 4 in 10 responses from Urban Air arrive within a week, and roughly three quarters within 30 days. Organizers frequently describe a phone call or email from the park within a day or two, followed by an invitation to pick up the passes at the front desk.
Urban Air is one of the most-requested family-entertainment donors in the TheShareWay directory, with 3,828 tracked applications and nearly 300 in the past 12 months alone. On the Urban Air Adventure Park page you can log your application, see when other organizers heard back, and read their tips. From there, build out the rest of your prize table:
Submit the Urban Air form early, choose the park your families know, and you will have one of the more dependable prizes on your table.
Submit Urban Air's official donation form at https://www.urbanair.com/donations/ at least 30 days before your event. The form asks for your organization's name, address, Tax Exempt ID and website, a contact, a short description of your organization and event, the event date and estimated attendance, and the Urban Air park closest to you. There is no email or phone route; the form is the only way to ask.
Yes. Schools, PTAs and PTOs are the most common requesters, but they still need a tax-exempt ID to complete the form. School and youth-group auctions and raffles typically receive a set of attraction passes or a birthday-party voucher from the local park. Schools can also book a Spirit Night, where the park returns 20% of the evening's proceeds to the school.
Urban Air parks most often give 2 to 4 attraction passes (Deluxe, Ultimate or Platinum level), a family 4-pack prize certificate that bundles passes with socks, a pizza and drinks, or a voucher for a basic birthday party. Donations tracked on TheShareWay are typically worth $85 to $160, with a median of about $135.
Urban Air responds to donation requests in a median of 11 days, based on applications tracked on TheShareWay. About 4 in 10 responses arrive within a week, and roughly three quarters within 30 days. Requests that go unanswered for more than a month are unlikely to be approved.
Across 3,828 tracked applications on TheShareWay, about 24% of Urban Air donation requests are approved. The main reason requests fail is silence rather than a formal decline: when a park does respond, roughly 4 in 5 requests are approved.
