    • How many donations would I get?

      Our average customer secures $2200 in product value, per event. On the high end, users have secured as much as $200,000 in product value.

    • How can I check how many days are left in my trial?

      Log in, click on the menu button in the upper right corner, and click “Billing.” You’ll be able to see the exact end date of your trial.

    • If I cancel my subscription before my trial is over, will I still stay on the trial?

      Yes. You will remain on the trial until the trial period is over, at which point you will be downgraded.

    • What is your cancellation policy? Can I cancel part way through the month?

      You can cancel at any time. If you cancel in the middle of your billing cycle, you will remain a member until the end of your billing cycle.

    • How do I cancel my subscription to TheShareWay?

      Once you log in, click on the menu button in the upper right. Then click on Billing. From there, you should see "Cancel Plan".

    • How much time do I save?

      Our average user saves 20-40 hours per event. TheShareWay takes the hassle out of building your donor prospect list and going door-to-door to businesses that don’t donate.

    • I only have an event once a year. Can I subscribe for only a few months?

      Yes, absolutely. Many members are in the same position and subscribe a few months out of the year using a monthly plan. When you are done using your monthly subscription, click on the menu in the upper right. Select “Billing”, click “Cancel plan”, then confirm your subscription cancellation. When you’re ready to start sourcing donations for your next event, you can resubscribe on our Pricing page. That said, we highly recommend the annual plan; it’s much more affordable and you can use it year round. Some donors require application submissions as early as 6 months in advance!

    • If I downgrade to the free plan, do I lose access to any of the donations we have already requested?

      No, you will not lose any data for donors you have saved or are tracking in your donor list.

    • We are a very small nonprofit with a tight budget. Do you offer any discounts?

      Yes! We aim to enable as many nonprofits to access TheShareWay as possible. Read more about how to get a month free of our Pro plan here.

      We have a generous free tier, and a 7-day free trial for our paid plans. Just sign-up!

    • If I subscribe mid-month, will my next invoice be in a month or at the beginning of next month?

      Your next invoice will be one month from when you first join. If you subscribed to the annual plan, your next invoice will be one year from when you first join.

    • If I upgrade to the Plus or Pro plan, is there a required amount of time to keep the paid plan?

      Our paid plans are monthly or annual subscriptions, and you can cancel any time. There is no required amount of time that you have to stay subscribed.

    • How can we print an invoice?

      If you are a Plus or Pro member, log in. Click on the menu button in the upper right. Click Billing. Scroll to the bottom until you see “Invoice History”. Click on the month you’re interested in to find that month’s invoice. If you have unsubscribed and are no longer a Plus or Pro member, please email, and we can send you your invoice. We’ll be making this feature self-serviced soon!
