      We have a generous free tier and a 7-day free trial for our paid plans. Just sign-up 😀.

    • How can I check how many days are left in my trial?

      Login, click on the menu button in the upper right corner, and click “Billing.” You’ll be able to see the exact end date of your trial.

    • If I cancel my subscription before my trial is over, will I still stay on the trial?

      Yes. You will remain on the trial until the trial period is over, at which point you will be downgraded.

    • What is your cancellation policy? Can I cancel part way through the month?

      You can cancel at any time. If you cancel in the middle of your billing cycle, you will remain a member until the end of your billing cycle.

    • How do I cancel my subscription to TheShareWay?

      Once you log in, click on the menu button in the upper right. Then click on Billing. From there, you should see "Cancel Plan".

    • I only have an event once a year. Can I subscribe for only a few months?

      Yes, absolutely. Many members are in the same position and subscribe three months out of the year. When you are done using TheShareWay, simply go to billing, click cancel plan, and select the “Pause Subscription” option. That said, we highly recommend the annual plan; it’s much more affordable and you can use it year round. Some donors require application submissions as early as 6 months in advance!

    • If I downgrade to the free plan, do I lose access to any of the donations we have already requested?

      No, you will not lose any data for donors you have saved or are tracking in your donor list.

    • We are a very small nonprofit with a tight budget. Do you offer any discounts?

      Yes! We aim to enable as many nonprofits to access TheShareWay as possible. You can get a month free by linking to theshareway.com on your website, event page, or social media post. Simply email team@theshareway.com with a link to the site to redeem.

    • If I subscribe mid-month, will my next invoice be in a month or at the beginning of next month?

      Your next invoice will be one month from when you first join. If you subscribed to the annual plan, your next invoice will be one year from when you first join.

    • If I upgrade to the Essentials or Premium plan, is there a required amount of time to keep the paid plan?

      Our paid plans are monthly or annual subscriptions, and you can cancel any time. There is no required amount of time that you have to stay subscribed.

    • How can we print an invoice?

      If you are an Essentials or Premium member, log in. Click on the menu button in the upper right. Click Billing. Scroll to the bottom until you see “Invoice History”. Click on the month you’re interested in to find that month’s invoice. If you have unsubscribed and are no longer an Essentials or Premium member, please email team@theshareway.com, and we can send you your invoice. We’ll be making this feature self-serviced soon!
