Fruition Chocolate Works is a small batch, bean-to-bar chocolate workshop located in the Catskill Mountains of New York. They make their award-winning chocolates from high-quality cocoa beans grown in Peru, Bolivia, Madagascar, Dominican Republic, and Colombia.
