They responded quickly. However, the donation was a $20 gift certificate toward a purchase. The donation amount does not cover the cost of postage of any basket on the site. It cost more to use this product than buy a comparable product from a local vendor

the website said to contact them after 10 days if you dont hear from them, so i contacted after aout a month. I was told i was approved and they would send an email. About a week later i called again to tell them i was told i was approved and would recieve an email and never did. The next day (day of the event) they sent the email with a GC for $20 off any purchase. This donor provides a discount on a basket. I believe it was either 30% or 50%. Maybe ask if you are going to purchase a basket for a board member and save money, but I wouldn't use it for an event.
