Great Lakes Potato Chip Co

I attempted to apply via the website form, but I kept getting an error message to correct the mistake with no explanation as to what needed corrected. I ended up sending a very thorough request to their general information email with the information requested in the donation form. I got a response back within two minutes that they are unable to contribute to our event. Although they were prompt, it would have been nice to have some explanation as to reasoning such as if we are outside of the area they support or if they've received too many requests. This would help me determine if it is worth it to reapply in the future.
