AASP–The Palynological Society (AASP-TPS) is dedicated to advancing the science of palynology and fostering scientific research in the field. As a non-profit organization, it aims to promote studies on palynomorphs, such as pollen, spores, and dinoflagellates, highlighting the significance of palynology in various domains including forensics, honey analysis, climate research, conservation management, and the energy industry, especially in the context of the energy transition.
The Student Travel Award provided by AASP–The Palynological Society supports students by offering financial assistance based on their specific needs. This grant facilitates participants' travel to attend conferences relevant to palynology, encouraging their involvement in the scientific community and expanding their educational and professional horizons.
