AccessLex Institute is dedicated to evolving with the changing challenges and needs of law students and institutions. Since 1983, they have focused on informing students about the economic realities of law school without limiting aspirations. Through research and advocacy, they aim to highlight critical issues facing legal education and influence policymaking for the betterment of legal education and society. As a nonprofit supported by nearly 200 American Bar Association-approved law schools, their mission centers on improving legal education.
The Diversity Pathway Intervention Grant Program aims to support college students and graduates from historically underrepresented groups in matriculating into law school and the legal profession. Its primary goal is to expand the knowledge around effective strategies for boosting enrollment and success rates of students from underrepresented racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. The program focuses on funding collaborative initiatives that offer meaningful content, experiences, and comprehensive support to participants.
