    Overview

AHRF offers up to five $1,000 awards to otolaryngology residents in select programs within Chicago and institutions represented by its Board or Research Committee members, including Washington University in St. Louis, University of Miami, and Baylor College of Medicine, to support research projects during their residency. The Grant is aimed at projects that demonstrate novelty, significance, feasibility, and relevance to AHRF's mission. Proposals are evaluated on several factors, including the project's approach, the statistical analysis planned, and the budget justification. Grant recipients are required to submit progress reports and notify AHRF of any publications or media reports on their funded research, aligning with the foundation's objective to highlight research findings and publications.
