Voices for Healthy Kids aims to support and fund advocacy campaigns that promote public policy changes focusing on health equity and well-being at tribal, state, and local levels.
The grant program aims to address social determinants of health (SDOH) adversely affecting communities by providing capital to projects with little to no other funding opportunities, aiming for long-term positive health outcomes. This initiative specifically targets challenges in Florida counties, supporting sustainable solutions focused on improving access to health care, affordable and healthy food, housing, economic empowerment, and narrowing the educational achievement gap in under-resourced communities.
