Amplify Her® Foundation's mission is to support women and girls from underserved communities to become transformative changemakers. The foundation achieves this by establishing funding partnerships with community-led organizations in New York City that progress toward gender equity, focusing on building the economic and social power of women and girls through leadership programs, educational opportunities, career training and development, internships, mentorship, and more.
The grant program from the Amplify Her® Foundation prioritizes organizations and programs that advance the leadership of women and girls in specific ways. It emphasizes providing resources for leadership development, career and professional development programs, entrepreneurship coaching, educational opportunities, financial literacy programs, and support for personal growth. The program also focuses on capacity building, technical training in fields where women are underrepresented, networking opportunities for building social and professional networks, and developing supportive environments for women and girls outside traditional settings. Organizations may apply for general operating support if all their work aligns with the foundation's strategic priorities, exclusively focuses on women or girls, and takes place in New York City. Funding up to $50,000 is available for eligible organizations.
