Lead, serve, and collaborate to mobilize enduring philanthropy for a better Arizona.
The Bisbee Foundation offers Historic Preservation Grants to both nonprofit organizations and for-profit companies engaged in historic preservation projects. These grants are conditional on a one-to-one match with non-public money or in-kind services for nonprofits, and a one-to-one match with private or public funds for for-profits, where in-kind matching is not permissible. Applicants must demonstrate full funding of the project upon grant approval, provide two bids or estimates from registered architects, and, if applicable, repay the grant with interest if the property is sold within three years. Additionally, recipients must submit a detailed completion report to qualify for future grants. This program underscores the Foundation's commitment to preserving Bisbee's architectural and historical legacy.
