The Community Development Fund is designed to bolster quality proposals across four critical areas: Affordable Housing, Economic/Community Development, Health Innovation, and Youth & Family Development. The fund prioritizes investments in projects that demonstrate a potential for sustainability and impact leverage. Specific interests include, but are not limited to, homeownership and neighborhood revitalization under Affordable Housing; economic upliftment and workforce development under Economic/Community Development; increasing access to healthcare and primary prevention programs under Health Innovation; and enhancing educational outcomes and parent engagement under Youth & Family Development. Special consideration will be given to initiatives that show potential for sustainability post-grant and those that forge or enhance district- or system-wide collaborations.
