The mission of the Foundation is to support or establish Exempt Organizations or programs within them that align with historical Judeo-Christian values, advocate for the rights of private property, promote free enterprise, and aim to minimize governmental involvement in individual lives.
The grant program aims to support children under the age of 18 in Nueces County and adjacent areas, primarily through funding charities in the Coastal Bend region. This initiative was established following the testament of Blanche Davis Moore, focusing on benefiting children through the development and support of more than 85 charities.
