    The mission of the Cactus and Succulent Society of America, Inc. (CSSA) is to support research on succulent plants through facilitating grants. The mission extends to increasing knowledge and understanding among its primarily hobbyist membership about succulent plants, driven by donations from individuals, organizations, and businesses.
