    Overview

The California Community Foundation is offering grants under the “Health - Integration, Collaboration & Advocacy” program aimed at improving immigrant health access, behavioral health, and health policy and advocacy in Los Angeles County. The program encourages the integration of various health services including medical, dental, vision, mental health, and substance use prevention, care, and treatment. It supports cross-sector collaboration to address the root causes of racial/ethnic health disparities and advocates for policies promoting universal health access. Applicants are advised to consult with a Program Officer before starting their application to understand current priorities.
