    The Lynches River Conservation grant program is focused on funding land acquisition and conservation projects specifically within the Lynches River watershed area in South Carolina. The main goal is to enhance the water quality and ecological integrity of the region. This grant supports projects within a designated priority service area with potential funding covering up to the full amount of land acquisition costs. Projects located in the expanded service area may receive funding for up to 50% of the acquisition costs. The program targets initiatives that have a significant positive impact on the environment, advocating for the conservation and sustainable management of natural landscapes within the watershed.
