The Land Conservation Fund Grants aim to preserve and protect significant conservation and recreation areas within Delaware County or those owned by Delaware County organizations by offering matching grants for donations of land or dollars. The aim is to ensure these lands become part of the public trust, protected for future generations to enjoy. Only projects related to the acquisition of property for conservation are eligible for funding through this program.
