Stimulating Philanthropy To Build A Better Community
The Capacity Building Grants aim to bolster organizations by fostering ongoing improvement and enhancing organizational effectiveness, ensuring they can better fulfill their missions. These grants underscore the importance of self-improvement and heightened efficiency within organizations. The grant prioritizes several focus areas including collaborations that address broad unmet community needs across Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, and St. Johns counties; services for Aging Adults and caregiver support in Duval county; and organizations catering to Young Children (birth to preschool), specifically focusing on early learning and caregiver/parent support in Duval county. Capacity Building Grants support activities such as research, planning, and evaluation; staff and board training; curriculum and program supports; and facilitation. Organizations may apply for up to $10,000 with grant durations of up to two years.
