The initiative emphasizes the Collective Impact model, promoting a common agenda, continuous communication, and mutually agreed-upon roles among agencies. Proposals should address red flag issues, include a shared evaluation or measurement process for quantifying impact, and provide evidence-based solutions for Springfield and Greene County. A total of $150,000 is available, with individual awards capped at $40,000.
