The Republic Philanthropic Society Grantmaking, facilitated by the Republic Community Foundation, aims to improve the quality of life for individuals in Republic through strategic grantmaking and robust community leadership. Governed by a knowledgeable Board of Directors, the foundation operates a community grantmaking program designed to adapt to and address the most pressing needs within the community. This flexibility in grantmaking is supported by unrestricted or field-of-interest funds from charitable donors, empowering community leaders on the Board of Directors with decision-making responsibilities. The Republic Philanthropic Society focuses on awards to expand existing programs or initiate new services that meet priority needs in Republic, with grants available up to $20,000.
