Women for Women grants support the improvement of lives for women and girls in Western North Carolina by investing in programs aligned with specific value statements. These programs should help women become self-sufficient, promote access to quality healthcare, ensure freedom from abuse, provide educational opportunities, eliminate gender-based discrimination, and promote legal equity. WFW will invest in programs that increase economic stability for women and girls in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. Proposals should address one of the following:
