Specifically, it focuses on projects that last up to 12 months and seeks to strengthen community leadership development and training across various sectors such as local city councils, school boards, and senior not-for-profit leadership. Additionally, it places an emphasis on organizational technology advancement by improving systems related to gifts and donor tracking, remote working capabilities, technology updates, financial tracking, and cybersecurity. The grant also outlines specific funding areas including professional training costs, technical equipment, software and support for technology installations and upgrades, as well as systems important for organizational management.
