    The Ursula Landsrath Animal Rescue Fund (ULARF) honors Ursula Landsrath’s advocacy for animal welfare by supporting nonprofit organizations that serve or rescue needy animals in Virginia. Established in 2019, ULARF focuses on several key areas: spay/neuter initiatives, Trap Neuter Return programs for feral cats, emergency medical funding for animals, repairs for organizational facilities, public outreach and education, and support for Virginia-based animal assistance organizations aiding local rescue efforts. Grant amounts typically range from $1,000 to $5,000 per organization.
