Our mission is to advance the work of organizations that cultivate creative and cultural expression in Southeast Michigan.
The Minigrant program, a partnership between the Michigan Arts and Culture Council (MACC) and Regional Services Agencies, aims to support professional and organizational development within Michigan's arts and cultural sector. It provides up to $1,500 for non-profit arts and cultural organizations, artists, arts administrators, and arts educators. The grant supports opportunities that improve management or artistic levels, including attendance at national conferences and workshops. Eligible uses of the grant include education, training for staff, board members, or individual practitioners, and hiring consultants for strategic planning and other organizational needs.
