    Overview

    The Healthy Parkinson’s Communities grants program is designed to support the integration and/or expansion of unique projects that transform the way people with Parkinson’s live. It is specifically focused on fostering collaborative efforts in the Parkinson’s sector. The grant prioritizes projects that address health disparities and inequities, enhance holistic approaches to living well with Parkinson’s, improve health literacy and awareness, and encourage cross-sector collaboration within communities. The program is distinctive in its approach to fund initiatives that impact communities on a systems level, offering three years of guaranteed funding for projects that are chosen. This initiative is available by invite only to existing grantees.
