The grant program supports projects that fully complete the Winter Family Fund Grant Proposal Application with the required attachments. Successful applicants will demonstrate alignment with the Winter Family Fund's mission, showcase a collaborative approach with community partners and volunteers, and ensure the grant is not used for ongoing general operating expenses, litigation, annual campaigns, event sponsorships, fundraising events, lobbying or political activities, debt retirement, or endowment funds.
