The Ellucian Foundation aims to support higher education institutions and their students facing economic hardships by providing financial assistance. Through the PATH Scholarship, it seeks to ensure that financial distress does not prevent students from completing their education, hence furthering the transformation of lives through the power of education.
The PATH (Progress, Accomplishment, Thriving, Hope) Scholarship supports higher education institutions in assisting students experiencing economic hardship. Established by Ellucian, this grant program offers significant block grants to eligible institutions which in turn can provide awards to individual students. Since 2020, the scholarship has allocated over $2 million, aiding more than 2,000 students. Institutions have the flexibility to set their own criteria for awarding these funds to meet the unique needs of their students.
