The Foundation aims to improve the quality of life within the communities it serves, with a focus on supporting low- to moderate-income, disadvantaged, and/or marginalized persons or families. Its mission encompasses enhancing community support, increasing the availability of affordable housing, encouraging economic development that leads to living-wage jobs, and funding community development projects that benefit broad segments of the community, particularly through collaborative efforts.
The grant program encapsulates four funding priorities crucial to the Foundation's mission: Community Support, Affordable Housing, Economic Development, and Community Development.
