Overview

The grant program focuses on funding initiatives that provide financial planning assistance to various underserved or in-need groups through volunteer financial planners. These programs may range from one-time counseling sessions to ongoing coaching relationships. Specific areas of funding include ongoing proven programs, the launch of new programs, or the addition of a financial planning component to enhance existing services. Supported groups include active military members and veterans, individuals battling cancer, seniors and their caregivers, domestic violence survivors, and low-income families among others.
