The Vibrant Communities Grant, funded by the Georgia Legislature and administered by the Georgia Council for the Arts (GCA), aims to increase the reach of arts grants across the state. This grant focuses on funding a variety of arts programs in as many counties as possible, including concerts, theatre productions, class field trips, art exhibits, murals, art festivals, art classes, and online programs.
