Our Mission is to foster pathways to success in globally competitive STEM careers for students in the United States. We aim to ensure the U.S. remains a global thought leader in science, math, and technology by promoting projects that encourage STEM education and provide career opportunities for individuals with STEM backgrounds. Established in 2022, the Foundation seeks to give students and educators resources for developing in STEM, supporting programs that make a difference regardless of background or resources, and transforming attitudes around STEM subjects for socioeconomic and economic freedom.
The grant program supports schools and organizations in hosting a Teen Tech Competition, focusing on fostering creativity, innovation, problem-solving skills, and technical proficiency among teenagers. The grant encourages competitions in various tech-related fields such as Software Development, Hardware Design, Robotics, AI, Cybersecurity, IoT, Mobile App Development, Game Development, and Virtual/Augmented Reality. It outlines a comprehensive framework including registration processes, competition phases like ideation, development, mentorship, feedback checkpoints, and final presentations. Age-specific grouping and team participation are encouraged to ensure inclusivity and fairness. The program emphasizes the importance of transparent judging criteria based on innovation, technical complexity, practicality, and problem-solving abilities. Winners receive prizes, recognition, and potentially scholarships or internships. Grant awards are capped at $50,000, aiming to facilitate wide-reaching impact by securing sponsorships and partnerships for additional support, ensuring a well-promoted and effectively organized event.
