The L.P. “Pat” Mullen Fund grant program specifically focuses on promoting hands-on learning opportunities for youth (defined as age 0-18, high school age and under) in the fields of arts and humanities, technology, invention, and science. It aims to either introduce new programs or enhance existing ones that align with these educational areas, ensuring the involvement and development of young minds in innovative and creative pursuits.
