As a community foundation, Henry County Community Foundation aims to address the broad needs of Henry County, which includes supporting various sectors such as health and medical, social services, education, cultural affairs, and civic affairs.
The grant program by the Henry County Community Foundation is designed to support organizations that serve Henry County in one of five key areas: Health and Medical, Social Services, Education, Cultural Affairs, and Civic Affairs. This support extends to hospitals, rehabilitation centers, not-for-profit health programs, human services, programs for children and youth, services for the aged, educational institutions and scholarships, cultural programs and facilities, and civic-related programs and facilities. Grant proposals are accepted exclusively from organizations that attend a mandatory workshop.
