We have a vision of a Thriving, Just, Healthy, and Equitable Region. This vision is implemented through four decade-long goals of increasing Racial Equity, Thriving Youth and Families, Healthy Ecosystems and Environments, and a Just Economy.
This grant program aims to support non-profit organizations, public benefit organizations, and qualified fiscal sponsors in Humboldt, Del Norte, Trinity, or Curry County that offer holiday assistance programs between November 15 and January 1. The focus is on inspiring and supporting holiday programs that successfully serve the community. The committee prioritizes applications based on the number of people served, emphasis on aiding vulnerable youth, seniors, and low-income families across rural and native lands, and programs that ensure food security, clothing, or other basic needs during the holiday season.
