    The Indianapolis Foundation Library Fund aims to support literacy and information access through its three primary grant programs: Competitive Grants, Media Center Enhancement Grants, and Minde Browning Professional Development Fund Grants. These programs are designed to fund innovative library projects and activities such as bilingual story times for immigrant families, digitization of archival collections, and the creation of gaming labs within high school libraries. Eligible institutions include the Indianapolis Public Library, academic libraries at IUPUI, Marian University, the University of Indianapolis, and any high school library in Marion County.
