    Overview

IAPT's Small Collections Grants are aimed at providing competitive funding for the improvement and/or maintenance of botanical collections, specifically herbaria, of algae, fungi, and plants. The grant supports a range of activities including digitization projects, processing specimen backlogs, transferring endangered collections to other herbaria, making conservation improvements to current specimens, and other herbarium-related activities. It also considers requests for materials needed to mount herbarium specimens.
