The Jackson Community Foundation aims to encourage youth as philanthropists and to build enduring funds addressing youth-related needs in each community. Inspired by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, it focuses on nurturing philanthropic leadership among youth and supporting initiatives benefiting Jackson County's younger population.
The grant program is designed to support initiatives that improve the quality of life for residents of Jackson County, focusing on projects proposed by young professionals that align with the fund's commitment to social and career development, community engagement, and innovation within the area. Grants of up to $650 are available for such projects.
