The Jim B. & Lillian F. Cooper Foundation's mission is to provide assistance to non-profit organizations in the areas of health, education, and recreation.
The Anne Cooper Memorial Scholarship is awarded to one graduating senior who demonstrates exceptional involvement in extracurricular activities and community involvement and performs at a high level in the classroom. One $2,000 scholarship is awarded annually.
