A nonprofit organization founded by the Kansas Health Foundation, the Kansas Leadership Center (KLC) aims to foster leadership that leads to stronger, healthier, and more prosperous Kansas communities through training and support.
The Leadership Transformation Grants are designed to support organizations across Kansas in creating a culture of leadership that embraces change, addresses problems, and capitalizes on opportunities. Through these grants, the Kansas Leadership Center partners with organizations to implement a proven leadership framework focused on making significant progress in tackling their most substantial challenges.
