    Overview

The MEF offers financial grants to support certified candidates in seminary and local pastors within the United Methodist Church, aiming to bolster their educational pursuits and ministry vocation. For seminary students, the funding is determined per credit hour, allocating $325.00 for each. Local pastors attending the Course of Study program receive $250.00 per course, assisting them in meeting educational requirements and progressing towards provisional membership.
