    Overview

The Lintilhac Foundation's grant program is designed to champion several key areas critical to Vermont's future: clean energy and climate change initiatives aiming to transition away from fossil fuels to renewable energy sources; water quality projects focused on cleanup and chemical removal efforts for safe water; forest health and biodiversity for climate resilience and ecological diversity; conservation and sustainable outdoor recreation to protect natural habitats and support rural economies; fostering healthy food systems for the well-being of communities and farms; preserving democracy through grassroots efforts to strengthen democratic systems; and advancing environmental science, particularly regarding Lake Champlain.
