The Luling Foundation is dedicated to advancing agriculture both regionally and worldwide through education. It aims to educate through tours, hands-on learning, workshops, and field days, governed by a Board of Trustees representing Caldwell, Gonzales, and Guadalupe Counties.
The Agriculture Scholarship Grant offered by the Luling Foundation is designed to support students pursuing agriculture-related degrees. It provides a $2,000 scholarship, dispersed over the fall and spring semesters of the student’s freshman year, aimed at aiding their educational journey in agriculture. This scholarship is a combination of direct funding from the Luling Foundation and a matching grant from the Margaret Steiner Endowment, totaling $1,000 each, and is not renewable.
