    The grant aims to fund the development of a network of Community Resource Centers and Kinship Navigator programs. Applicants can seek funding for either a Community Resource Center, a combination of a Community Resource Center and a Kinship Navigator program, or solely a Kinship Navigator program. The initiative seeks to offer culturally responsive, relationship-based service navigation, concrete supports, and other community-driven programs and services that strengthen families and support well-being. It builds upon several existing strategies and programs aimed at enhancing support for families and communities, indicating a broad goal of reinforcing family support systems and community resource accessibility.
