Rainer Arnhold Fellowships

Mulago finds and funds high-performance organizations that tackle the basic needs of the very poor.

Type of Support

Overview

The Rainer Arnhold Fellowship is tailored for leaders keen on addressing poverty with scalable solutions. The program annually selects ten fellows, offering them a combination of funding ($100K), strategic workshops, and access to a vibrant community of innovators. The core of the fellowship includes a week-long retreat in California focused on impact design and scaling strategies, alongside year-round support. Fellows are expected to progress through stages of developing scalable models, demonstrating replicability by their organization, and ultimately achieving exponential growth of impact through wider replication. Throughout, they engage in deep-dive workshops, resource sharing, and community building to refine their approaches and amplify their social justice endeavors.
