The Dynamic Language Infrastructure – Documenting Endangered Languages (DLI-DEL) Fellowships program aims to support individual scholars in the research, documentation, and analysis of endangered languages. This grant provides opportunities for fieldwork recording, digital archiving, transcription, annotation, linguistic and ethnographic analysis, and the preparation of research publications, which may include lexicons, grammars, databases, articles, and monographs. This program underscores the importance of preserving linguistic diversity and understanding the complexities of human languages at risk of disappearing.
