    Type of Support

    Overview

This grant program focuses on supporting two primary project types within the TCUP-eligible community: the establishment of a TCUP Hub and the formation and support of faculty-led topical interest groups (TIGs). The TCUP Hub aims to serve the community by facilitating workshops, coordinating exchanges, organizing professional development opportunities, and overseeing fellowships. It is designed to connect individuals and organizations to foster relationships, expand networks, and assist in capacity building at TCUP institutions. The Hub intends to create a collaborative environment that elevates voices within the TCUP community. For the TIGs, the program supports the professional development of faculty and the creation of networks within STEM disciplines such as engineering, genomics, Indigenous research, and environmental science. The grant emphasizes collaborative efforts, allowing for joint submissions from multiple institutions, to leverage diverse strengths and address the unique needs of varying institutions.
