The RISE HIGH Grant Partnership (RHGP) Program is designed to partner with applicants to achieve measurable equity and inclusion results in Pittsburgh, with a strong emphasis on racial equity. This includes providing financial resources and technical support to enhance organizational capacity, supporting strategies to dismantle inequities for improved quality of life, achieving goals aligned with their 3 Year Roadmap, and especially supporting Black and Brown-led organizations in specific areas of Pittsburgh.
